This session highlights the Wisconsin single family Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC). Discover code violations that we encounter daily when performing inspections. James will cover almost all aspects of the code from footing, foundation, and insulation issues, to framing items that pop up especially when they uncover old damaged items or over drilled joists and studs. You will view pictures from current jobs that show these issues and audience participation is encouraged.
